How to Buy

Whether you select one of our beautiful home designs, or choose to build your own custom home, purchasing your dream home site at Camino Del Rio is easy.

Review and select a home site (or sites) from the Camino Del Rio Site Parcel Plan. (Parcels are available on a first reserve and pay basis.)
Complete and submit the Parcel Purchase Request. You may also call us toll-free at 800-661-4838, ext. 3 Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM, EST to complete your request over the phone.
Upon confirmation of your site’s availability, submit your reservation fee, reserving your home site for 45 days.
You will receive the Camino Del Rio Purchase Package. This includes all closing documents and a copy of the Camino Del Rio Property Covenants Document. Within 45 days, complete all documents and return with a 10% deposit.
Optional Title insurance is available through RFG insurance (www.rfginsurancebelize.com ) and other insurance companies.
Prior to your closing date, issue a bank wire, cashier’s check or certified check for the final closing payment. TAREIG, LLC will initiate the closing process in Belize.
The transfer of the title of the property to you is initiated and is typically completed within three to six months.
Once the title has been transferred, home construction may begin at any time.

Please note that you must be over the age of 18 to purchase a home-site.

Select Your Home Parcel

Review and select an available home site(s) from the Camino Del Rio Site Parcel Plan. Submit the Parcel Request Form

Submit Your Reservation Fee

A $100 USD reservation fee is collected that is applied to the initial deposit. The reservation fee must be received within five business days of the parcel request.

Complete Purchase Documents

Complete and return the purchasing documents and all final payments. The package will include the Sales Agreement, estimate of closing costs, and other property related documents. Financing options are available and will be sent with the package..

Complete Closing

Settlement documents are completed and submitted to the Belize Lands department for recording and the transfer of title. Own your home or begin construction on a new home at any time with selected models or your own home design.

Parcel Purchase Request

Complete the information below and select Send. A response to confirm your request will be received within 48 hours via email or a phone call. You will then be required to submit your $100.00USD non-refundable reservation fee for each parcel reserved to the address listed below within five business days in order to keep the parcel reserved for you. This payment will be applied to the total cost of the purchase. An online payment option is also available and will be sent once the reservation has been confirmed.
